Item arrived on time and as described. The guitar didn't arrive in perfect condition but had been through a 1,000 mile journey and a 12 hour ferry crossing. But communication with technician was speedy and problem was rectified. Unfortunately, I'm a fussy customer was still disappointed with the guitar. Seller was Happy to accept return of guitar provided I paid return carriage and accepted liability for its safe return. Seller was commendable throughout whole process.
