    It took 12 days just to ship the item, and another 5 days to arrive. The light-up figure didn’t work on arrival. I tried to work with the seller, but he refused to help because he “didn’t break it.” He wouldn’t even cover the $3 battery it needed. I ended up fixing it myself. Disappointing communication and unwillingness to make it right.
