    We bought two computers, and the box didn't arrive damaged, but the laptops arrived broken because they weren't properly packaged or protected, and I've lost my money. I'm giving the seller one star.

    I'm sorry for your experience. The laptops were double-wrapped and shipped in a double-wall box to your freight forwarder in Miami. They confirmed the box was undamaged but shipped it to the Dominican Republic even after noticing damage. I offered a full refund upon return so I could file a claim, but you declined and insisted on a partial refund without a return, which I can't process per policy
