  Terrible purchaing experience with NIL care for ANY after-sales customer aservice. When asked about a device I was given a link which proved CORRECTfor compatability, yet when an issue is advised - feedback is "WE DONT OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE A BRICKS AND MORTAR STORE". I did not want to leave Negative Feedback (have not done it before) as I wanted to work through the issue - yet it was THIS SELLER who suggested I do.

  Love feedback that only paints a very small picture of the entire situation. This was a back & forth where I assisted the buyer with - What hardware is compatible - If his hardware was compatible - Researching and sending through compatibility tools to verify additionally - Buyer admitted they should've done due diligence & still bought the item not knowing if it was compatible & then wanted tech support from me when they couldn't get it to workI had 100% rating previous to this nonsense
