  The shipment from the UK arrived on schedule; however, the packaging was inadequate. The seller described the figurines as being in pristine condition; nevertheless, they were improperly packaged in a single bubble wrap sleeves, causing them to collide. Consequently, 13 figurines were damaged. I initiated contact wthe seller on August 8th, and they promised a refund, but I have not received it, even after subsequent messages. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, the seller was unhelpful.
