DO NOT ORDER. paid for a digital file and never received within 2 weeks. none as of today. seller emails me but still never sends. I asked before I ordered but nobody helped. POOR communication and not competent. I need fullbrefund because this has to be a scam. plus they charge shipping for digital items. scam alert

We want to clarify that a digital file is an electronic file containing a design that you can use to print the product yourself at home or through a printing service. This is not a physical product that we mail. We are not a scam and we apologize for the delay

The date that was described as the date it was good to me, was, I actually even wrong for the date it was shipped. It was not shipped till four days after it was supposed to get to me. The seller did communicate that he was running late and slow. But because he does not shipped to a PO Box, I had to then get it and ship it out so the extra time was less than convenient.
