  item was shipped in full packaging. upon unpack, notice that the product had a gaping hole in one side of it as if it had been ripped or defective from the start. reported the issue to seller who promptly replied and issued a full refund. their prompt attention to the matter was much appreciated. you should feel confident with a purchase even if something is not perfect, it will be rectified.

  Not sure if this was listed as used or new, but the costume came looking brand new! The quality is amazing! The value of the costume costs the same as new almost so I am guessing it is new it surely looks it. All the pieces are here and in original packaging. It’s appearance is everything as shown in the picture with great detail and amazing fabric. Shipping was on time. Very pleases with my purchase as someone who was hesitant I am glad I chanced it.
