  Seller is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Laptop arrived quicker than estimated and well-packaged with Windows 10 Pro installed and on the setup screen. I was able to update to Windows 11 Pro after using PowerShell to find my activation key. Seller also provided BIOS password allowing me to update the firmware. The laptop itself isn't pretty on the outside but the price was more than fair and all blemishes were documented accurately in the item listing. Excellent seller!! A++++

  I purchased this item because it was listed as "new" at the time of order. However, what I received came without the original box, and the product was completely removed from its packaging, clearly not in new condition but evidently used. Such deceptive practices are absolutely unacceptable.
