The seller didn’t described two scratches that makes loud crackles on the two final tracks. I’ve asked to solve the problem or return the item, but no answer at all. So I don’t recommend at all

Not Quite true, You messaged informing me about the scratch I told you to open a case and request return, Telling you on return and after inspection I was happy the record was mine then I will refund. Your next message was along the lines of Will go back and listen to the record again and decide what I want to do. You did this and again mentioned you would prefer return or partial refund. OK I ask you open a case and and I will either except the return or offer partial you did not !! Why Not?
