    The seller has a no return policy which I do not agree with as the item I received was not functioning. It was an outdoor clock and was not functioning. The seller was not responsive when I asked about reimbursement and returning the item since it was not working. I had to go thru EBay Customer Service in order to get reimbursed. Shipping and service was satisfactory but on items that are broken/not working the seller needs to be more responsive.
