    It is the seller’s responsibility to do research before pricing their items. My order was cancelled without any notice for being “damaged/out of stock.” I messaged the seller & they responded with: “This is my mother's bag and she didn't want to sell it at that price… unfortunately the ‘mom changed her mind’ option is not available on eBay.” Seller gave NO apology for inconveniencing me as their customer & reposted the bag for $25 more. I had to wait days for refund to process. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
