    Almost everyone of them had problems with the wood where it meets the stainless it’s been sanded or something. I was able to use maybe two or three of them. You couldn’t see this in Photos unfortunately. and they should’ve been mentioned in description but it was not.

    We’re sorry you had this experience. We reached out to you 3 days ago and you haven’t responded to us. The “problem” mentioned is part of the design for this style of silverware. That is why it wasn’t mentioned in the description, because it’s simply the way it is supposed to be. Additionally, there were 3 very clear pictures showing the issue that the buyer had with this item. We would love to come to a resolution that would make both parties happy, however communication is a 2 way street.
