  The item description doesn't mention any defects or noticeable signs of wear, but the jacket arrived with some holes , which the seller never mentioned.

  That's funny. Anyone reading this feedback please read in it's entirety. This buyer is practicing a form of FRAUD and EXTORTION! I offered you a refund once the item was returned if you would remove the feedback (even though I'm 100% sure it didn't ship with holes) as I try to make sure my buyers are happy. You told me you that you couldn't because your "business was now international". So, you wanted the item and the refund in exchange for removing the feedback.
