    Seller said the phone was unlocked but when it arrived it was locked. I got in contact with the seller but they kept insisting that it was unlocked when it wasn't

    User error. I "insisted" the phone was unlocked because it was. All buyer had to do was call Tmibile and have them walk them thru setting it up. I sent buyer verification that it was unlocked and able to be used on verizon network. I begged buyer to call for help to which they refused just kept asking me what I was going to do from 300 miles away Finally, I reminded buyer if they couldnt figure it out to simply return it per our 100% satisfaction. Guarantee. We immediately refunded upon return.
