  Purchased item Oct 10, 2024. Waited until October 28, 2024 checking frequently to see if item was shipped (promised by October 26 at the latest). Nothing happened, no communication, no change in status of order. Reached out to ebay to inquire about status. No explanation, but a refund issued the next day. Looking on ebay 2 days later, I see the item is still listed for sale and not taken down. :( Sad for me because I was hoping to replace my Grandmother's statue broken by my pet.

  If I could retract this review, I would. (Ebay does not allow) Apparently the seller did attempt to reach me on October 25, 2024. However, I did not see the message until after leaving the first one. I have been able to communicate with her about the delay on this. She was kind, courteous and quite professional. Therefore, I offer high marks for armoiretreasures in this follow up posting. Hopefully this will rectify her spotless record.
