  Item was as described. Only issue we had was that the pieces which were pre-assembled (as shown in the instructions) were installed in the wrong spot. It was simple enough to fix, but did confuse me briefly. No fault of the seller, probably just some lack of quality control by the original manufacturer. Seller shipped the item quickly, with tracking information, and arrived a day ahead of the initial expected delivery date. Highly recommend this seller.

  When the order was received, it was missing multiple parts. I contacted the seller asking for them to correct the issue. The solution given to me was that they could sell me the missing parts at a 50% discount. I will not use this seller again. I don't recommend this seller.
