  Hi, in the same day 17th Sep that I recived the item I test it and its not working, I submitted a request for return and refund and its approved by the seller, but till today the 23 Sep the seller didn't send me the shipping label, I contacted the seller asking him to send me the shipping but no repose yet. please help.
