    This item was listed as new. It is an old doll, so I did not expect it to be perfect. However, I could tell the box was water damaged and the doll seems very musty. I contacted the seller who became defensive and accused me of saying she was dishonest. She wanted me to return the doll at my expense. That was not fair. A doll listed as new should not smell musty even if it is old. I was hoping for a peaceful resolution, but that did not happen. I am sorry it worked out this way.
