  It arrived a day late, but that was during to USPS (they always seem to have trouble finding the house), as soon I opened it I plugged it in and all functions work perfectly. It was packaged in a plain box, with a slip from the seller thanking me for my prlurchase. It's definitely the best value I have found for this type of controller.
