    Postage was as expected, packaging was very good but the bracelet had the jump ring missing. Unfortunately despite trying to get a small refund so that I could get the jump ring repaced by a jeweller we were not able to come to an agreement on the refund. Communication was good . Otherwise the jewellery set was good value for money. I had a negative experience with this seller so would not buy again.
