I highly recommend this camera for even heavy-duty daily users!
Been using this camera for daily vlogging for the past 7 years. Truly incredible what it can withstand. Shopping around for a replacement ribbon cable now, the display started to not work a few days ago. I have opened the camera display at least 10,000 times, maybe way more. No other problems with it, I found a replacement cable that set me back $10, so not complaining at all. This is a beast of a camera, the image stabilisation is superb (I have a newer 4K model, and the image stabilisation on that is nowhere nearly as good as on the smaller PJ650). The projector is very decent for its size, watched movies on it many times from an external HDMI source, no overheating, no hiccups.
