  Despite the careful(less) handling of the package by our wonderful postal system and the box being damaged on receipt, my teapot arrived unscathed. I attribute this to the impeccable packing of both the pot and top by this seller! The tea pot is beautiful and just as described. Can hardly wait to use it!
