I contacted the seller 15 minutes after package arrived advising that the item was damaged. Seller requested photos of item and packaging in order that seller could approach courier. Photos were provided showing damage to item and later at sellers request showing the packaging and damage to the packaging. I also requested they arrange for the courier to collect and return the item. I am still waiting for a response and the stated refund more than a week after complying.

Asked the customer to show proof of the complete light as images were not showing us a clear indication that this was our item and that the damages were caused in transit and we would have liked to claimed this refund money back from the courier to cover our loss. customer refused to comply claiming we sent him a damaged light, and claimed we were stalling for time, refusing to send any other images. very awkward customer and very hard to work with, not compliant at all.
