    Seller sent the wrong fragrance, asked for photographic proof and then ghosted me. Had to waste my own time and money on returning it. They clearly get so many sales they don't care. Cannot stand people like this. Typical eBay tosh these days.

    Ordered item paid straight away. Not arrived within the time frame so contacted seller. Item sent untracked. Seller said they would refund as lost in transit<not sure how they knew this as untracked!?. Refund not processed so had go contact eBay to open case. This shampoo is limited edition and sold out everywhere ' they have more than 10 avaliable' I don't think they even have the shampoo. This is a scam please be careful and don't buy from them.
