  BUYER BEWARE — I was sold a counterfeit Bobbi Brown Face Base, and eBay took no action. The genuine product always comes in a glass jar, but as you can see in my photo, we were able to cut cleanly into this container — you can’t cut glass. The packaging also had a misspelling, another clear sign it was fake. I reached out to the seller to try to resolve the issue, but instead of helping, she repeatedly threatened to “report” me. This was a waste of money and a huge disappointment. Don’t buy.
