  To simplify what felt like a very painful tooth extraction, the seller did not provide me with the collection details for my purchased item. A number of requests were made but the seller chose to ignore my requests and have a go at me for leaving negative feedback. Further requests for collection details were responded to but not with collection details. Seller left me with no option but to cancel my order and get a refund. It was an unpleasant experience from start to finish.

  This isn't my fault. How is it my responsibility if the ebay messenger isn't working for you? The idea of feedback is to leave if AFTER you have received the goods not before. I have tried to contact you. The system works for me with everyone else therefore there must be some problem at your end. Why do I get people like this? How do they find me?
