The seller listed the item as opened but never used, but was used and faulty. When I returned the item, he failed to refund and eBay had to step in. Also, I had to bear the return postage charge of £61.20, which I think was unfair.

Buyer returned item. I attempted to refund and the refund process failed due to an Ebay issue. I contacted eBay for assistance as I could not refund. Ebay refunded the buyer on my behalf. The buyer chose to pay for the return and at no point was that demanded or implied
