    The mugs arrived quickly but unfortunately one of them had broken in transit. I advise a larger diameter sized bubble wrap to line the inside of the box, otherwise they were wrapped pretty well. I contacted the seller, asked for a partial refund and they replied very fast. Sent me half the cost back right away so, a positive experience overall. Good seller.
