  While two shot glasses were ordered at the same time, and shipped to the same address in one carton, there was no discount on the shipping cost. I was charged two separate shipping fees for the one package. Not a good value.

  Hello Sorry for the misunderstanding the price of the shot glass you bought is $16.99 and you offer $13.60 which is $3.39 lower and the shipping cost of the 2 shot glass more than the Ebay calculated shipping charge for one item, so that is the reason even we combined the shipping we cannot refund you the shipping charge.
