    While two shot glasses were ordered at the same time, and shipped to the same address in one carton, there was no discount on the shipping cost. I was charged two separate shipping fees for the one package. Not a good value.

    Hello Sorry for the misunderstanding the price of the shot glass you bought is $16.99 and you offer $13.60 which is $3.39 lower and the shipping cost of the 2 shot glass more than the Ebay calculated shipping charge for one item, so that is the reason even we combined the shipping we cannot refund you the shipping charge. We accept your offer even less amount because of the 2 orders. Thanks. Thank you
