Good product at a good price.

Good product but with very poor and damaged packaging.
I purchased this item because of its good price. I had to have the item delivered to my parents who accepted the goods with the top of the boxed damaged, the currier did make a note of the damage. All the top of the box is completely ripped open and you can see what’s inside the packaging. When I collected the item from my parents I was annoyed at the amount of damage to the box. The item has very little packaging to protect the item inside. I was going to purchase further items from this company but based on the way the product is package I will not be placing any further orders. I have taken photos of condition of box. The box weights 38kgs and is all in one parcel. In my opinion this item should be separated into two parcels because of its weight.
