    This is cheaply made. The plastic handles are very flimsy, I expect they will break real soon. As for 3 settings, low, high and off! The good news is you can fill it and it turns down to low once the rice has cooked. My first batch was near perfect, so at least it works. The measuring cup is pretty useless...I went 1 cup of rice to 1.5 cups of water which worked well. Overall I'd give it 6 out of 10.
