    My only specific complaint is that the device arrived without a power supply. It did arrive with 3 drives, which was unexpected. One of the drives is faulty -- not a complaint, since I did not expect any drives at all. Once I received a power supply, I was able to successfully reset and reinitialize the device, and it is running. Shipping was as described. The value is definitely there, since it was less expensive than I expected.
