Seller requested information about my contacts. Phone number and email. Stating it was needed for shipper import duties. Import taxes are collected by USPS. Carriers collect duties at the place of delivery. I have lived here 20+ years and only paid import taxes on NEW equipment. from manufactures. Item showed used coloring. Not NEW in my opinion Never old and used vacuum tubes on Ebay from any country. Looked like a scam so I didn't give the info. Seller canceled purchase and refunded payment.
