  suuper sweet seller! kept me updated during the packaging process and shipping quickly! the bag came one day after the designated delivery date, was packaged super carefully and came in great condition! it looks just like the pictures and doesnt feel cheap at all. the bag is fairly small (given its 15in) but still comfortable and very lightweight. would buy again! hoping the korilakkuma vers comes back!

  Item was in good condition except for the bottom was off it was most likely a shipping issue along with the heat but the seller was quick to ship it . We glued the bottom back on.
