    Good evening,I'm glad you're package arrived nearly in tact with ERVI,I am not a fan either.I was under the impression that you had chosen Evri as I have always had my shipping as Royal mail exclusively.However,ebay has recently changed private sellers like myself to Simple Delivery and are automatically adding more postage options for buyers but I thought the buyer chose their preferred delivery option.I will have to look in to this, thank you for bringing this to my attention,Best wishes,B.
