The product I ordered came in a filthy and mouldy state. Cost me more to get it properly clean. Missing trim pieces aswell when in the pic it clearly showed it had trim pieces Don’t buy this seller doesn’t know about hygiene

I understand that you are not happy with the product. You purchased a used product, do not expect the item to be brand new when you paid the price for one that is used. Next, you did not contact me whatsoever regarding this item, where I could have easily given you a full refund for the cleaning, which I would have no issue with, considering you are so concerned about prices and costs. No contact at all, no attempt to resolve and no cases created. It seems that you don't know about communication

AVOID! TIME WASTING! Received item with thousand of more scratches than shown in the listing. Also listed with wiring harness plugs but arrived without them. Seller says it is ok,I ordered climate control module and I received climate control module. They say it is ok I can return it as they are getting these type of returns everyday. Well no doubt about that! I would like to get what I see not some rubbish. Pictures of just one corner of the listed item and actual item attached for comparison.

Our listing stated climate control module, and that is what you received. Pictures of an item can always be different to the actual condition of an item. If you wanted one without scratches, you could have bought a brand new one however instead you bought a used part which is bound to have some wear and tear. When referring to 'returns like these everyday', we are referring to customers who want brand new parts for the price of used parts Thanks for your input.
