  Item is in very good condition but communication and delivery time was very poor. Item was supposed to be sent on the 13th December to arrive by the 16th Dec but it was not sent until the 18th Dec and arrived on the 20th Dec. Sent two messages but only received one back when requesting tracking number which should have automatically been sent when item was dispatched.
