  I had a great experience when it came to communication of my shipping need, right after time of purchase and the seller made sure it happened. But, the item i received was not the same bag in the picture, nor the same item when reading the Sherpani tag on the bag. I ordered the bag described and in the seller photos and the Sherpani Dispatch arrived. Upon opening, it was a quick look and I knew the photos didn't match, just the color.
