  The communication with the seller was terrible I was sent a damage PSP game and it also arrived a week later which was disgusting. I won’t be using this seller again.

  In the description of the item I did mention that there was a crack in the game but buyer was happy to purchase. I did explain that there would be a delay in the delivery as I was away on holiday. Although the item was as described, I did give buyer full refund immediately as he was not happy, although I didn't have to. Not sure what else I could have done. As you can see by my previous feedbacks, I have never had an issue before.
