As described, new but in opened boxes. Straightforward to switch over from my Comfort II. For other users, after setting up the hot water program wasn’t immediately available and was always on, but the schedule appeared after maybe 24 hours of use. Easy enough to use, I preferred the Nest interface but this controller allows weather and room compensating which will cut the energy use.
