    Lid was broken.. thumb ring missing and tumbler terribly scratched… will not buy from again … threw it in the trash… never brought it in the house

    That item did not leave the house in that condition. You did not even reach out to me after receiving it. You just left negative feedback. It was not listed as a new item. It was listed as used, but was in really good condition. If you had reached out to me, there have been times where I’ve asked people to send the item back and I’ve refunded the money to them even though it says that I do not accept refunds. I’m sorry you had a bad experience, but it was not my doing next time maybe reach out

Would of liked to of known there was writing on the first page and I had to carefully remove 3 stickers from spine of book but it was in good condition. Thank you my son loved it anyway!
