  **WARNING** FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! The Labubu which is advertised as 100% Authentic is a terrible fake. No QR code, no trademark stamp. The item was received a week after the promises delivery date. Wasn’t even shipped until three days after the delivery deadline. I received the item in a plastic shipping bag with the box folded and smashed in the bag. Communication was non existent. None of my messages were answered. I won’t be doing business with this seller again.

  The seller never shipped the Gandalf pipe I ordered. Instead I got a small regular pipe. I contacted the seller and they said they would send the Gandalf pipe out immediately. But it never came. No track#. I ask for a return label to send the incorrect pipe back. I never got that either. So I’m stuck with a pipe I never ordered or will ever use. The seller did respond to texts I sent but never followed through on sending my correct purchase. Won’t be purchasing any thing from this seller again.
