xbox 360 - next gen system
1 of 4 found this helpful With three next gen systems on the market, there are choices to be made.
The xbox 360 continues to be my favorite of the 3 (nintendo wii, sony ps3,)
It has superior online play, and user interface.
It has a wide selection of games, with a few very popular, exclusive titles such as the halo games, and gears of war.
With massive numbers of players connecting online each day,
you will never be stuck playing alone.
The online marketplace allows you to download and play demos, allowing you to try games before you buy them, or giving you something to do while your bored.
Being priced at $300-400(many come with a free game or controller now) it is a moderately priced system, that still performs very well.
You will not be dissapointed with an xbox 360

Gears of War. Must have for 360
Gears of war is one of the top shooters on the market.
Its graphics, physics engine, and enviroment are among the top ever created.
The game is greatly focused on multiplayer, and xbox live play.
Its online play rivals halo, although i would have to say that halo has a better user interface.
If you own a 360, get the game.
You will not be dissapointed.
