Negative or neutral feedback for us sellers is totally unfair and unreasonable for items not reaching a buyer due to postal services issues. These are totally out of our control. I wish eBay would take note of these things and support us sellers more. Also the word "finally". Are you kidding me. A full refund was issue 2 days later after trying to work out the issue with the buyer and after waiting to hear back form them. Truly not fair or reasonable for the neutral score for us sellers.
