    Buyer negotiated with me on price but when some of the ornaments arrived broken, seller would not offer compensation for the broken ones since they were already purchased cheaper than asking price. In my opinion, item should be like described when purchased whether it costs $100 or $1.00 (hypothetically speaking). If you buy something on clearance at Target or wherever, you still expect to get the item in new condition or you dont buy it.
