I contacted the seller about a week after I purchased the item with no response. Contacted the seller again another week later when a label had been created but no update on the tracking. Got eBay involved and seller said it was dropped off that morning, but tracking never updated anything other than a label was created. EBay refunded the purchase.

Our son saved up for this item and was very exited. Sadly it never came. Messaged the seller and they assured me they would send it. They did not. Thankfully eBay stepped in and we received a refund but his money was tied up for close to 4 weeks. As an eBay seller myself, this is not how you do business.
