    The item looks great, arrived quite quickly in a great condition well packaged. It’s an original Mercedes part, excellent condition and quality. However the shipment and the VAT cost more than the item itself. And right after it’s arrival I had to pay the VAT again at the post office while picking it up.

    If you did not like the postage costs then why did you purchase it ? As regards the VAT we filled in the customs form as required. You need to talk to the people who charged you VAT again. We did nothing wrong, so your negative feedback is unwarranted and unfair. Please consider revising
