  Shipping packaging is not safety not bubbles wrap. Cushion is not quality of this helmet very soft. So its not tighter due to the cushion.

  Sorry sir! At the time of your purchase the only bubble wrap we had in stock was very thick and would have shaped the item out of any box we had! I made sure there was enough packing material so the item could not move within the box. The helmet appears to be in the same shape. I am sorry about the tightness of the helmet.
