  laptop does not charge, requested acer purchase receipt, was ignored so cant return to manufacturer. also this item was sold without charger, as I guess they knew it had a charging problem, wasted £1267 feels like I've been robbed.

  The laptop was sold in perfect condition with the charging functionality working perfectly fine. It was clearly stated on the listing that a charger wasn't available with the laptop. When the buyer received the laptop they seemed aggravated that they didn't read the listing properly & realise that a charger wasn't accompanying the laptop. They received the laptop on April 2 so have had a whole month & a half to return the laptop & get a refund if it had issues. I suspect they damaged the item

  The laptop arrived without the original box, documents, charger and S Pen, all supposed to be included. Not a single reply to my 3 messages. I requested a £100 refund to buy the original charger and pen. Seller refunded £1! — which I see not just as disrespectful, but as a truly rude gesture! This experience was negative. I don’t recommend this seller. Double-check all details before buying.

  I notified the buyer that certain things were not included in the listing & offered to get them for the realistic price of £35 but he tried to extort me for £100. I offered him 2 very reasonable options & was very helpful. I gave him the option to return the laptop for a full refund or for me to help him get the additional items he wanted. He chose to ignore me & not choose any option. When he first bought the laptop he was begging me to sell it to him for a much cheaper price. Disingenuous
